We operate a number of club services
exclusively for club members. Club services are aimed at helping you get the very best from your JAWA CZ
motorcycle.
Our technical
advisers are on hand to help you if you have a mechanical or electrical problem
with your motorbike. If you need spare parts and cannot get them from your local JAWA CZ
dealer, our club spares
service will try and supply you.
We say try because
there has been quite a significant disruption to the supply of JAWA CZ
motorcycle spare parts in
recent times. Czechoslovakia split into 2 separate countries on the 1st of January
1993 and industry is undergoing major change since the end of the Cold War.
CZ were purchased by Cagiva and have now gone into
liquidation. On the 2nd of November 1998, Motokov
(UK) Ltd stopped importing Czech motorcycles. It's not all bad news
though because JAWA
Moto spol. s r.o. was established in 1997 as the successor to
the original Jawa company using the trademark JAWA. The main business
subjects of the company are research, development and the production of
motorcycles, their spare parts and accessories.
Please always try your local JAWA CZ
dealer first (see our links page to
find your local
JAWA dealer). They are there to sell new motorcycles and spare parts and the last thing our club wants
to do is damage their trade or threaten their livelihood.
